PRR Atglen & Susquehanna Trestle, c. 1936
Here is the third of ten original photos by an unidentified photographer that were taken on or about the Pennsylvania Railroad's Atglen & Susquehanna Branch Trestle near Safe Harbor, Pennsylvania, perhaps c. 1936. Shown here is a partial view of the Trestle proper; note the eastbound "Mountain"-powered freight train heading this way! Also visible below it (R to L) are a portion of the PRR's double-tracked Columbia & Port Deposit Branch and a single-tracked line along the Conestoga River.
