Here is a photo by an unidentified photographer that was taken in Hagerstown, Maryland, in January of 1917. Shown here is Cumberland Valley Railroad engine #15, a B-8 (0-6-0) switcher built in the Pennsylvania Railroad's Juniata Shops during September of 1910, acquired by the PRR and renumbered "3780" in 1920, and retired in June of 1929 after just 19 years of revenue service.
