Description:  The southbound M train is framed by MP 250 on the left, and the "lift plow" board on the right. I was used to seeing the lift plow boards when I lived in upstate NY-there are A LOT of them on the D&H-but it seems somehow odd here in Oklahoma, where a foot of snow in a year is a lot. Upstate NY?? Oh, yeah, we had over 100" most years.

Description:  I heard a horn in the distance, and knew there was a northbound approaching from Watts. I had to finish up a couple of things at home before I could take off, and the train was already clearing Lincoln Av by the time I got close enough to see it. What with school buses, traffic and lights, I was not able to catch up to him til Y City Rd south of Decatur. Three units lead north in late day sun.

Description:  The southbound grain trains DPU rolls away as the H train slowly rolls to the signal, anticipating it will clear, allowing him to head north, his seven units more than up to the task of getting 95 cars over the road. This is the third train I saw today.
