Thanks for the comments and making this an Editor's pick. The police cruisers are fake (no engines or gas tanks) and were placed there for the "crash scene" for an upcoming episode of Prison Break. No damage to TTRX 343 as a result of the "cow catcher" being placed over the front coupler.
