| While listed as an FPA-4, the #6758 is actually an FPA-2u. In 1958, CN had two FPA-2s and two FPB-2s rebuilt to FPA-4 spec, including installing an 1800hp 12-251. The other A-unit and both B-units are long gone, making #6758 the last surviving FPA-2 of either Alco or MLW manufacture. |
