The loco was equally suited for passenger service as well.Late in its life, it was assigned the new number of BO #424 in 1957 but probably wasn't actually relabeld as it was retired and scrapped in December of 1957 in New Castle, PA. Specs - Q-4 class, 64" drivers, 220 psi boiler pressure, 26x32" cylinders, engine weight of 327,400 lb, tractive effort of 63,200 lb.
