Shown here is a scene following the wreck of the Pennsylvania Railroad's "Red Arrow" passenger train. Partial "Altoona Mirror" Caption: "In the foreground is the East Alton, Pullman, which had hung half-over the embankment and after being cleared of passengers and luggage was [later] pushed down onto the bank to make room for the rebuilding operations."
