Portraits 8. Here is a steam locomotive portrait of Pennsylvania Railroad engine #1372, an L-1S (2-8-2) "Mikado" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works during August of 1918 and retired in January of 1950 after 32 years of faithful service. Check out the length of its reversing rod! The photographer's name is not recorded. (#18 of 24)
