IC SD70 #1033 - Illinois Central (CN)         
Caught this lead unit, Illinois Central SD70 #1033, crossing Miller Street as it ran toward Kirk Yard in Gary, IN, with its short mixed local. Basic black may be good for evening dresses but it doesn't do much for locomotives!
