Abel Garcia	General	Fotaug, I worked at Chevron Phillips Cedar Bayou from 2013 to about 16, that locomotive was there the whole time. Terrible RS3L horn on this thing. The label on it was a CPC safety slogan. Cannot remember exactly what it said to be honest. I do however have a video of it doing some work....shhhhh dont tell anyone lol	1/12/2021 6:26:26 PM
