BNSF 4430 in two frames from two locations in the service area: first as the action all starts on the main and passing lanes as seen from the 39th Street over-pass... shes preparing to move out backwards into the power corral. Where she was caught in the second frame after services an hour-or-so later in the rush to snap the on-call and ready for duty area in the lower frame. Id thought it a shame to miss seeing the Bondo-and-Primer pattern on either side... Didnt Railroad Model Craftsman have an article on this? Elongating the body or some such noise? (As if - cutting into a spendy unit like it were a tree trimming... right. Seeing how the pros at 1:1 scale pull off their post-modification paint scheme does make me feel better about my work, though.) |
