| Burlington Northern Railroad Class MWT 958617 at Galesburg, Illinois on an unknown day in November 1981, Kodachrome by Chuck Zeiler. Based on the steel plate on the door, which once displayed the Burlington Route logo, and the word WEST (part of the CB&Q slogan; EVERYWHERE WEST) seen under the paint to the right of the door, I believe this was a former CB&Q car. On the frame above the far National Type B-1 truck it is stenciled: BLT 1 39. |
