| Burlington Northern Railroad 747113 at Eola, Illinois on an unknown day in August 1979, Kodachrome by Chuck Zeiler. My best GUESS is that this was former RBBQ 77113, the R was painted over, the first B was retained, the second B was painted over with a N, the Q was painted over with a 7 and the first 7 was painted over with a 4. That would explain the new/old paint on the reporting marks. |
