| Union Pacific's Provo-Salt Lake City Local glides along the UP Provo Subdivision at milepost 756.1 four miles north of Provo. The train will be entering the Rio Grande Mainline just over a mile from this location. This track has since been ripped out to make way for Utah Transit Authority's Front Runner Project. Where there once was just a single track line there is now an upgraded right of way,double track and high speed commuter trains. |
