Well, first of all, 6395 needs a new paint job. The CSX logo on the side is placed higher and the electrical box has been replaced. This unit also does not have dynamic breaking. This is a de-rated GP40-2 and I don't think it's even listed on the roster anymore.

This is Bryan Park, But the lead GP40-2 was built with no Dynamical....Making it an RF&P Heritage Unit. Good spotting the oddball....just with the wrong idea....lol
