| One odd thing about this car, on the frame (right side of photo) in clean fresh looking black and white paint is stenciled "NP 255". So, 40 years and two railroads later its original road number is more legible than any other marking on the car? NP did have a Orange Scale Test Car tank car numbered 255) I can only guess that this car was it. |
