WP&Z Mailbox
Since 1961, the Washington Park & Zoo Railway has carried mail and was one of the first recreational railroads to have its own USPS issued postmark and to officially carry U.S. Mail. This practice continues to this day, and it is the last railroad to do so. The Zooliner locomotive has a mail slot on the side of the cab and mail boxes are located at the railway’s station.
