Description:  Here's SBRHS Tool Car 1517 at the LAJ yard being relocated after being parked in a spur by Farmer Johns Factory in Vernon, CA for about a decade. It is now being re-positioned to Coast Rail Services in Anaheim, CA where further restoration will take place.

It was deemed cheaper to aquire three more railcars from Amtrak in place of the tool car position for ATSF 3751.
