Sadly, it appears that this loco is sitting in the storage/scrap line at the Bensenville Yard. Baldwin, 10/1901 serial #19556, nee-#388 Vauclain compound, renumbered in 4/1907 to #1738, renumbered in 10/1912 to #4338, renumbered and simplified in 3/1921 to #2628, renumbered in 6/1938 to #1028. The loco was finally retired and scrapped in August of 1955. No photographer was listed. |
