Buckley. Here is a photo via Harold Buckley, Jr., that was taken in New Castle, Pennsylvania, on 25 July 1959. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #2007, a BF-16 built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works in August of 1951, rated at 1,600 horsepower, and retired in July of 1966 after just 15 years of revenue service.
