Here we have the North Louisiana & Arkansas, or what was left of it. On a trip to Baton Rouge, we followed the NLA for its whole length. Only active engine was this Army retiree, and only cars were the string on the steep lead to the Port. Not real sure what to say on this one... |

Only active unit on the entire NLA, the very faded 1658 was parked on the mainline past the switch to the port. Cool to see a GE in revenue service, but couldn't actually see any revenue either. |
