Progress Rail 1732 and Residco Houston Belt & Terminal 36 were short-term leased power during 1997-98 soon to be replaced by new Boise engines. Engine 1732 (sn 22632) was built October 1956, as Seaboard Air Line 1961 (GP9), rebuilt as a GP16 in 1981 and retired by CSX (CSX 1732) in 1993. |
