Built by the Canadian Locomotive Company in February of 1938, the loco served in passenger and freight until retirement in June of 1957 after 19 years. Beautiful example of a Canadian Locomotive Company 4-4-4 Jubilee type locomotive built in March of 1938. Fortunately, this loco was saved from the scrapper's torch. It was retired in March of 1963 and donated to the Canadian RR Museum originally in Delson, Quebec. Specs - serial #1942, class F-1a, 75" drivers, 16.5x28" cylinders. J.R |
