Album Info:The Bloomer Shippers Railway Redevelopment League purchased a 36 mile portion of the ICG's Bloomington district (hence the nickname "Bloomer") between Kempton and Colfax, Illinois in 1985. Service began on 6/3/1985 with a former BN GP9 which soon was repainted into CB&Q Chinese Red colors.
