I went in May 2024 with "Railfan" Gary Sample on a trip to Minnesota, Wisconsin and Illinois to catch the CP 2816 "Final Spike" steam train! We caught it going south between Hastings, MN and Bensenville, IL! Great train! My friend "Mazon" wanted to see his dad in Wisconsin. He did not see him for over five years! Originally he was going to travel with "Railfan" Gary Sample and I to see CP 2816 and his dad. Turned out it wouldn't have been enogh time! Instead he went to see his dad and not 2816 by taking Amtrak. I decided to catch Mazon's two Amtrak trains! First, the Amtrak "Bluewater" in Michigan City, IN! Then the "Empire Builder" in Rondout, IL! COOL!!!! Yes! Later in June him and I caught 2816 in Illinois and Iowa (future uploads to another album)!!!!!
